The trip is operated in support of the
Commercial Education Trust.
Following the success of last year's format, the trip will once more be restricted in numbers. This year, the cap is 45 people. Each business can have up to two rooms (4 pax max), and only one invoice will be issued per booking (if you wish to club together for a room or to invite others, this is something you will need to arrange yourselves). Last year, we raised £23,916 through your generosity (an average of £570 per person) - this year, we hope to beat that.
We will be making the initial draw on Friday 31st May 2024, after which there will be a limited waiting list in case anyone's plans change and they need to pull out. Those who are successful will need to pay a deposit of £500 per person within 48 hours in order to secure their booking, after which time their place in the queue will be forfeited and we will offer it to the next in line. All balances are to be paid in full by Friday 27th September 2024.

The trip was over-subscribed and so deposit invoices have been sent out to those whose bids were high enough. If those deposit invoices are not paid within 48h, those places will be sacrificed and we will move down the list in the same order as listed above. When we get to the end of the list, we'll treat any late joiners on a first-come, first-served basis.
